A Global Administrator signs in once and approves read-only access. Swyft Signature reads your people and groups from Entra ID and keeps them in step every night.
Design the signature
Build the template once, with fields such as name, job title and phone that fill in for each person. Show a line only when someone has that detail.
Assign it and you are done
Point templates at everyone, a group or a department. Deploy the add-in from the Microsoft 365 admin centre and signatures appear as people write.
