Good to know.
How is the price worked out?
Per user per month. A user is a person in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directory whose signature Swyft Signature manages, counted at each directory sync.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Business both come with a 30-day free trial of the full plan, and you do not need a card to start.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down from the billing page in the portal whenever you like. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Which currency do you charge in?
Euro. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly takes 20% off the monthly price on Starter and Business.
What do I need?
Either a Microsoft 365 business subscription with Exchange Online and a Global Administrator to approve the connection once, or Google Workspace with a super administrator to authorise it once.
Where is my data kept?
In the EU. The application runs on Microsoft Azure in West Europe (the Netherlands) and the database is in Germany West Central (Frankfurt), reached only over a private network.
Do staff need to install anything?
No. On Microsoft 365, IT deploys the Outlook add-in once from the Microsoft 365 admin centre. On Google Workspace, signatures are set in Gmail directly.
