Microsoft 365

Built on Microsoft 365, not bolted on.

Swyft Signature uses Entra ID for sign-in and as the source of every signature field. One approval connects your organisation, and it only ever reads.

01Connecting

One consent, then nothing to maintain.

  1. Sign up with Microsoft

Create your account with your work Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not accepted.

  2. Approve once

A Global Administrator reviews the permissions on Microsoft's own consent screen and approves them for the organisation.

  3. Directory arrives

Swyft Signature checks the connection, reads your people and groups, and keeps them current every night.

02Permissions

Three permissions. All read-only.

These are the only application permissions Swyft Signature requests. It cannot read mail, files, calendars or Teams, and it never changes anything in your tenant.

Microsoft Graph, application permissions

User.Read.All

Read the profile fields your signatures use: name, job title, department, phone numbers and office.

GroupMember.Read.All

Read group membership, so rules can target a team or department.

Organization.Read.All

Read your organisation's name and verified domains, and confirm the connection.

Sign-in also uses the standard openid, profile, email, offline_access and User.Read delegated permissions.

03Signature fields

Your directory, on every email.

Keep Entra ID tidy and signatures follow. When someone changes role, the next sync updates their signature.
