Three steps, one of them yours.
Deploy from the admin centre
Add Swyft Signature under Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin centre and choose everyone or specific groups.
It appears in Outlook
Usually within a day the add-in is there for those people in Outlook for Windows, Mac and the web. Nobody installs anything.
Signatures arrive as they write
Start a message, reply or forward and the correct signature is added, signed in with their Microsoft 365 account.
02Under the bonnet
Quiet, careful, correct.
- Automatic
- Event-based activation adds the signature the moment a message opens, with no button to press.
- The right person
- The add-in identifies the signed-in user through Microsoft single sign-on, so each person only ever receives their own signature.
- No duplicates
- If a signature is already in the message, it is not added twice.
- Minimal access
- The add-in asks Outlook only for the message being written, not the whole mailbox.
03Where it works
Every desktop and browser.
Outlook on phones and tablets does not support this kind of add-in with single sign-on, so signatures there are not added automatically.
