Today Swyft Signature works through the Outlook add-in. Server-side signatures through Exchange Online mail flow rules are being built, to cover phones and any other mail app.
01What is planned

- Every device
- Rules run in Exchange Online, so messages from phones, tablets and other mail apps carry a signature too.
- Only our own rules
- Swyft Signature will only ever manage the rules it created, clearly named. Your existing mail flow rules stay untouched.
- Preview before change
- See exactly what will be created or removed in Exchange Online before anything is applied.
- Certificate sign-in
- App-only access with a certificate held in Azure Key Vault. No passwords, no legacy authentication.
